Advanced Tracking & Data Fusion Analytics
Black River personnel have a long history of developing tracking and data fusion systems for DoD. Dating back to fire control and track-while-scan solutions for the F20 APG-67 radar, passive ranging on the F14D IRSTS, fusion for the F22 INEWs, acoustic ranging and estimation for the Navy. More recently Black River personnel have developed CMHT techniques for fast, efficient multi-source tracking and fusion.
Black River develops, deploys and supports forensic analysis capabilities including the BRAT Suite of Tools designed to process and exploit MTI data with a series of data filters, automatic tracking algorithms, and customized data outputs for exploitation and visualization. The Suite consists of a Track Stitcher, MTI Filter, Track Data Filter, Shape File Filter, bias removal tool, and streaming data funnel, as well as a plethora of command line utilities.
Black River personnel have developed a graph-based Multi-INT Track Stitcher (MITS) for both near-real time onboard analysis and offboard post-mission analysis. MITS provides automated track-to-track and signal-to-track correlation within a graph framework that allows interactive graph search capabilities. An analyst interacts with this semi-automated process to track movements and link intelligence of interest.
Although Black River’s tracking and data fusion solutions leverage our past experience and previously deployed products, our team approaches each new customer problem with a fresh approach and develops a custom solution to address each problem’s unique requirements.
